Stairs, tilting head, and Greenie Bones

Someone mentioned to Henry-Alpha lately that they liked my special doggy stairs so I thought I'd show you a photo of me on them.
Also, after I had these photos taken, Henry-Alpha started talking to me about things I like. It always makes me tilt my head one way or the other. But, when he mentioned Greenies, I was off to go get one!

Animal Sounds

Toby makes some animal sounds. He was making other sounds before this video was recorded, but once the cameras were rolling he seemed to be stuck mostly in rooster sounds!

Scary beeping

Last night I couldn't sleep. A smoke detector was beeping because the battery needed to be replaced. I don't really like to hear beeping. I figured something was wrong. It worried me. Ruth took the battery out of the smoke detector. I still couldn't sleep. Henry tried to console me, but I wasn't able to relax. We were all awake for quite some time trying to get me to calm down.
Ruth gave me some tuna fish in the morning and that made my tail wag. I'm feeling all better now! And, as usual, I caught up on all my sleeping during the day. Dogs always sleep with "one eye open" anyway :)

Celebrating the Birth of the Christ King

Take it from a dog like me, Christmas can get pretty silly at our house sometimes!

Here I am dressed up like a reindeer. Some say I look like Max in "The Grinch that stole Christmas."

 

Then, sometimes they put this silly stocking cap elf hat on me!

Do you believe I have to put up with all of this just to get a few dog toys?

 

I really enjoy opening presents! Here's a video of me opening a teddy bear toy I received this year.

And, then there is my favorite Christmas toy!

Merry Christmas! The nativity scene has snow on it!

It's snowing (and sleeting) here! We went out for a little walk. I ran back to see if "the boys" were outside. That's what Kristen calls the dogs at the house behind us. I barked, but they didn't come out to play.

We cleaned the snow off baby Jesus in the nativity scene and I had my picture taken with my jacket on.

Peeking at presents

When they weren't looking, I started doing a bit of peaking at the presents!
